Services and AMB’s role
AMB provides sourcing, mineral trading, commercial introductions, transaction structuring, representation and coordination for mining transactions and projects. AMB acts within the agreed mandate and does not replace authorities, banks, laboratories, customs, licensed carriers, legal advisers or other regulated professionals.
Access, accounts and accuracy
You must have legal capacity and provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity and must report unauthorised access. AMB may request supporting documents before handling a request or operation.
Opportunities, information and risks
Prices, volumes, availability, forecasts and opportunities remain indicative until verified and contractually documented. They are not guarantees of availability, outcome, return or profitability and are not financial, legal or tax advice. Mining, commercial and financial operations involve risk and require independent verification.
User obligations
You must not submit false documents, impersonate others, evade permits, launder funds, finance unlawful activity, interfere with the site or offer minerals of illegal or untraceable origin. You must comply with applicable mining, commercial, tax, customs, financial and anti-money-laundering rules.
Transactions, payments and third parties
A transaction is binding only after written agreement by authorised parties. Quality, quantity, inspection, price, payment, delivery, costs and responsibilities must be set out in the applicable documents. Third-party payments, analyses, transport, insurance and formalities remain subject to their own terms and controls.
Intellectual property and liability
Site texts, marks, logos, images and materials are protected and may not be reused without permission.
